1. About us
TDesign1973 is a family business. We offer fine art prints of original mosaic and stained glass artworks created by our late father, printed on canvas, framed canvas, acrylic and fine art paper. We also offer a small collection of apparel and gifts featuring his designs.

2. Our wall art
Every piece of wall art is a high-quality reproduction made to order for you. We make every effort to show each artwork accurately, but colors may vary slightly between screens and between materials (canvas, acrylic, paper). Sizes listed are approximate. Production and delivery times are described on our Shipping & Returns page.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on all wall art, with no minimum. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays.

5. Returns and refunds
Wall art can be returned as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

6. Apparel, mugs and hats
Our apparel, mugs and hats are also made to order, and a few things work differently for them:
• Shipping costs, if any, and production times are shown on each product page and at checkout.
• These items cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right.
• Sizes and colors may vary slightly by product. Please check the product details before ordering.

7. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for purchases on tdesign1973.com, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property
All artworks, images and texts on this website belong to TDesign1973 and the estate of the original artist. Buying a product gives you the right to enjoy it personally. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell the artwork. Please do not use our images without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TDesign1973 is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
